Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Commedia Dell'Arte In Crimea by Arsen Savadov was sold in the Contemporary East auction at Sothebys in London in November 2013. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,777.35), 16% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Arsen Savadov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ukrainian Drill in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 79,000.00 (€ 50,745.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Commedia Dell'Arte In Crimea von Arsen Savadov wurde im November 2013 in der Auktion Contemporary East bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.777,35) und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arsen Savadov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ukrainian Drill im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 79.000,00 (€ 50.745,12).
