A top price for Aristide Petrilli - as previously expected
In December 2019 Christies in London held the auction European Art: 19th Century & Orientalist Art, which included the work Allegory of Love, Health and Happinesss by Aristide Petrilli. The price achieved of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 73,867.69) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Allegory of Love, Health and Happinesss is the most expensive artwork by Aristide Petrilli that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Dezember 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion European Art: 19th Century & Orientalist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Allegory of Love, Health and Happinesss von Aristide Petrilli zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 73.867,69) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Allegory of Love, Health and Happinesss das teuerste Kunstwerk von Aristide Petrilli, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
