Despite a disappointment, a good price for Arif Ozakca
When this work without title by Arif Ozakca was auctioned at Bonhams in London in August 2021, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of GBP 2,000.00 – 4,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for GBP 892.50 (€ 1,039.76). Despite this disappointing result, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Arif Ozakca that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Arif Ozakca
Als diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Arif Ozakca im August 2021 bei Bonhams in London versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für GBP 892,50 (€ 1.039,76) den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Arif Ozakca, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
