Signé et numéroté sur le haut de la cuisse droite "VOLTI 1/8", marque du fondeur en bas à l'arrière "Susse Fondeur Paris"

Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction 20th Century Art 1900-1950, which included the work Venus Callipyge - Circa 1970 by Antoniucci Volti. It changed hands for a price of EUR 11,700.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Antoniucci Volti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les trois grâces in June 2015 with an auction result of EUR 75,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion 20th Century Art 1900-1950 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Venus Callipyge - Circa 1970 von Antoniucci Volti zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 11.700,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antoniucci Volti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les trois grâces im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 75.000,00.
