In December this year Il Ponte held the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Medusa decapitata by Antonio Rizzi. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,300.00 38% above the upper estimate. Other works by Antonio Rizzi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of ITL 6,737,500.00 (€ 6,055.50) in December 2001 for the work Pavoni in giardino.

Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Medusa decapitata von Antonio Rizzi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.300,00 und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Antonio Rizzi haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von ITL 6.737.500,00 (€ 6.055,50) im Dezember 2001 für die Arbeit Pavoni in giardino beobachtet.
