Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century European Paintings, which included the work Spanish St Mark'S Square, Venice by Antonio María de Reyna Manescau. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,387.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Antonio María de Reyna Manescau have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Chiesa del Redentore; and Il ponte di Rialto, Venezia in June 2002 with an auction result of GBP 35,250.00 (€ 54,523.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spanish St Mark'S Square, Venice von Antonio María de Reyna Manescau zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.387,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio María de Reyna Manescau auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Chiesa del Redentore; and Il ponte di Rialto, Venezia im Juni 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.250,00 (€ 54.523,77).
