In April 2014 Il Ponte held the auction XIX and XX Century Sculptures and Paintings | Furniture and Old Master Paintings, which included the work La roggia alla certosa by Antonio Piatti. The auction ended at the price of EUR 700.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 600.00 – 700.00. Admittedly, works by Antonio Piatti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Riva degli Schiavoni a Venezia, 1924 in December 2003 with an auction result of EUR 3,224.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im April 2014 führte Il Ponte die Auktion XIX and XX Century Sculptures and Paintings | Furniture and Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit La roggia alla certosa von Antonio Piatti zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 700,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 600,00 – 700,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio Piatti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Riva degli Schiavoni a Venezia, 1924 im Dezember 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.224,00.
