Auction result misses estimated price range
In February this year a collector was able to acquire the work Figurina Reggicandela con Bolle by Antonio Da Ros for USD 612.00 (€ 577.25). This price was achieved in the auction Discovery on Madison Online at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,200.00 – 1,800.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Antonio Da Ros have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in February this year by the work Elephant with Raised Trunk at USD 956.25 (€ 901.95).
