In June 2014 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Miraggio by Antonio Corpora. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,900.00 58% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Corpora achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Mare ai Faraglioni“. in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 60,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 58 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2014 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Miraggio von Antonio Corpora zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.900,00 und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antonio Corpora erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Mare ai Faraglioni“. im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 60.000,00.
