Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Profilo by Antonio Bueno was auctioned at Christies in Milan in November 2008, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 12,000.00 – 15,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 9,750.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Antonio Bueno - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Concerto, which sold at auction in November 2008 for EUR 23,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Profilo von Antonio Bueno im November 2008 bei Christies in Mailand versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 9.750,00 den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Antonio Bueno mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Concerto beobachtet, die im November 2008 für EUR 23.400,00 versteigert wurde.
