Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Antonio Bresciani achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December this year. In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Fanciulla allo specchio sold for EUR 1,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 400.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Antonio Bresciani - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Giovane pittrice, which sold at auction in May 2002 for EUR 3,720.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Antonio Bresciani erzielte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wurde die Arbeit Fanciulla allo specchio für EUR 1.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 400,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Antonio Bresciani mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Giovane pittrice beobachtet, die im Mai 2002 für EUR 3.720,00 versteigert wurde.
