Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Madonna Seated on a Cloud Holding the Infant Christ (After Parmigianino) (Bartsch XII.162.2) by Anton Maria Zanetti I was auctioned at Sothebys in London in July 2021. The price achieved of GBP 882.00 (€ 1,034.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 700.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anton Maria Zanetti I achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le gemme antiche. Aemmae Antiquae. in October 2013 with an auction result of USD 30,000.00 (€ 22,068.56).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 882,00 (€ 1.034,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 700,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden.
