Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Anton Heyboer could be acquired at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2010 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction, this work without title changed hands for EUR 750.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anton Heyboer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Me is to excist/I is creation in November 2005 with an auction result of EUR 9,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Anton Heyboer konnte im Juni 2010 bei Christies in Amsterdam für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 750,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anton Heyboer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Me is to excist/I is creation im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.600,00.
