In June 2002 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS & DRAWINGS INCLUDING FLOWER PICTURES, which included the work Still life with sunflowers and fruit on a table by Anton Funke Küpper. The price achieved of EUR 1,015.75 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00.
