Auction result well in line with expectations

Admittedly, works by Antoine Ponthus-Cinier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vue Du Bassin De Saint Marc Depuis La Riva Dei Schiavoni, Venise in November 2018 with an auction result of EUR 57,100.00.

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 4.112,50 (€ 6.696,91) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
