The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 11,050.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Antoine Gamard have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2012 the work Strasbourg Saint-Denis, 2010 was auctioned for EUR 20,365.00.
