In December 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Une Journee A Deauville by Anne Michel for EUR 720.00. This price was achieved in the auction Charity Sale benefiting to Écoles de l'Espoir at Artcurial in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Une Journee A Deauville is the most expensive artwork by Anne Michel that we have observed at auction so far.
