This artwork by Anna Ostroumova-Lebedeva achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in June 2019. In the Russian Art auction, the work The wave; and Nine other views of the countryside sold for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 9,836.30) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anna Ostroumova-Lebedeva achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work First Snow in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 446,100.00 (€ 624,655.41).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Anna Ostroumova-Lebedeva erzielte im Juni 2019 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Art wurde die Arbeit The wave; and Nine other views of the countryside für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 9.836,30) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anna Ostroumova-Lebedeva erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit First Snow im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 446.100,00 (€ 624.655,41).
