Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2016 Christies in Paris held the auction Zeineb et Jean-Pierre Marcie-Rivière: Grands collectionneurs et mécènes, which included the work Sans titre by Anna-Eva Bergman. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 300.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,000.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anna-Eva Bergman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work N°8-1955 4 formes - 1955 in December this year with an auction result of EUR 328,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2016 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Zeineb et Jean-Pierre Marcie-Rivière: Grands collectionneurs et mécènes durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Anna-Eva Bergman zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 300,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 3.000,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anna-Eva Bergman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit N°8-1955 4 formes - 1955 im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 328.000,00.
