However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Angelo Abrate - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Il Monte Rosa. Ghiacciaio del Gorner, which sold at auction in October 2014 for EUR 3,800.00.

Die Arbeit Le lac Blanc von Angelo Abrate kam im Dezember 2021 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.700,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 70 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Angelo Abrate mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Il Monte Rosa. Ghiacciaio del Gorner beobachtet, die im Oktober 2014 für EUR 3.800,00 versteigert wurde.
