This artwork by Angel Alonso achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in June this year. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Sans titre - 1952 sold for EUR 6,560.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Angel Alonso have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans titre in September last year with an auction result of EUR 32,760.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 87 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Angel Alonso erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Sans titre - 1952 für EUR 6.560,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Angel Alonso auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans titre im September letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 32.760,00.
