Despite a disappointment, a good price for Andrea Zapelloni
When the work Veduta Del Lago Maggiore by Andrea Zapelloni was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 2,880.00. Despite this disappointing result, Veduta Del Lago Maggiore is the most expensive artwork by Andrea Zapelloni that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Andrea Zapelloni
Als die Arbeit Veduta Del Lago Maggiore von Andrea Zapelloni im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 2.880,00 den Besitzer.
