Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2013 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist Art, which included the work Drawing In The Nets, Sorrento by Andrea Cherubini. It changed hands for a price of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,106.74) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. Other works by Andrea Cherubini have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2006 the work Girls carrying baskets of fruit down a Capri backstreet; and a Girl carrying a vessel on a coastal road was auctioned for GBP 5,040.00 (€ 7,435.06).

Im Januar 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Drawing In The Nets, Sorrento von Andrea Cherubini zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.106,74) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.500,00 – 4.500,00.
