Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Les buissons ardents by André Brasilier was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in November this year. The price achieved of USD 28,160.00 (€ 25,815.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by André Brasilier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grande chevauchée du lac en automne in April last year with an auction result of HKD 3,780,000.00 (€ 457,029.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Les buissons ardents von André Brasilier kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 28.160,00 (€ 25.815,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von André Brasilier erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grande chevauchée du lac en automne im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.780.000,00 (€ 457.029,52).
