Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Anders Leonard Zorn could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in February this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings and furniture (postponed) auction, the work A female nude changed hands for DKK 9,000.00 (€ 1,208.83) - just shy of the DKK 10,000.00 estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anders Leonard Zorn achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Söndagsmorgon" (Sunday morning) in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 30,000,000.00 (€ 2,926,312.07).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Anders Leonard Zorn konnte im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings and furniture (postponed) wechselte die Arbeit A female nude für DKK 9.000,00 (€ 1.208,83) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anders Leonard Zorn erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Söndagsmorgon" (Sunday morning) im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 30.000.000,00 (€ 2.926.312,07).
