Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Strandparti med figurer by Anders Holm was auctioned at Bukowski in Helsinki in June 2010, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 5,500.00 (€ 576.80). Admittedly, works by Anders Holm have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Day & Night, Pastoral landscape with figures, buildings and animals in December 2019 with an auction result of SEK 36,000.00 (€ 3,431.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Strandparti med figurer von Anders Holm im Juni 2010 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 5.500,00 (€ 576,80) den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anders Holm auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Day & Night, Pastoral landscape with figures, buildings and animals im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 36.000,00 (€ 3.431,01).
