In May 2011 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Mediterranean view by Anatoly Yanev. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 812.50 (€ 929.10), 35% above the upper estimate. Other works by Anatoly Yanev have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 780.00 (€ 1,142.02) in April 2007 for the work On the verandah.
