A top price for Alvan Fisher - as previously expected
In October 2013 Sothebys in New York held the auction American Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture, which included the work Sunlit Cove In Early Spring by Alvan Fisher. It changed hands for a price of USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,057.38) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Sunlit Cove In Early Spring is the most expensive artwork by Alvan Fisher that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Oktober 2013 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion American Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sunlit Cove In Early Spring von Alvan Fisher zur Versteigerung kam.
