Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paysges Animés by Alphonse Nicolas Michel Mandevare was sold in the Old Master and 19th Century Drawings auction at Artcurial in Paris in March 2009. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,275.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alphonse Nicolas Michel Mandevare - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Study Of A Tree, which sold at auction in July 2011 for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,303.69).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paysges Animés von Alphonse Nicolas Michel Mandevare wurde im März 2009 in der Auktion Old Master and 19th Century Drawings bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.275,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
