Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2012 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master & British Paintings, which included the work A Nordic Landscape With Herders Resting Beside A Waterfall by Allaert van Everdingen. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,123.39) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Allaert van Everdingen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paysage De Rivière Animé De Personnages Au Pied D'Une Forteresse in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 207,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2012 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master & British Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Nordic Landscape With Herders Resting Beside A Waterfall von Allaert van Everdingen zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 10.123,39) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Allaert van Everdingen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paysage De Rivière Animé De Personnages Au Pied D'Une Forteresse im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 207.400,00.
