Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Of A Lady; & Two Young Girls by Alix Aymé was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in April 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 50,000.00 – 100,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 6,691.60) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alix Aymé achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le marché (Market) ; & Studies in December 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,375,000.00 (€ 145,032.71).

Die Arbeit Portrait Of A Lady; & Two Young Girls von Alix Aymé kam im April 2021 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 6.691,60) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alix Aymé erzielen.
