In October 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Evening Auction, which included the work Mappa by Alighiero Boetti. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,040,000.00 (€ 3,601,578.95), 38% above the upper estimate. Other works by Alighiero Boetti have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 6,060,000.00 (€ 5,870,386.52) in November last year for the work Tutto.

Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Evening Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mappa von Alighiero Boetti zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.040.000,00 (€ 3.601.578,95) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Alighiero Boetti haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.060.000,00 (€ 5.870.386,52) im November letzten Jahres für die Arbeit Tutto beobachtet.
