Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Les Deux Amies Susi And Lena - 1976 by Alice Springs was sold in the Photography Collection of Amedeo M. Turello auction at Artcurial in October 2015. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,120.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alice Springs achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work André Leon Talley, 'La Villa Vigie', 1989 in February this year with an auction result of USD 37,800.00 (€ 35,653.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Les Deux Amies Susi And Lena - 1976 von Alice Springs wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Photography Collection of Amedeo M. Turello bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.120,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alice Springs erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit André Leon Talley, 'La Villa Vigie', 1989 im Februar diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 37.800,00 (€ 35.653,65).
