In July 2006 Christies in London held the auction Old Master Pictures, which included the work An Extensive Landscape With A Peasant Girl And A Shepherd Resting By A Path, With Cattle Watering At A Stream, A Village Beyond by Alexandre Pau de Saint-Martin. The price achieved of GBP 10,560.00 (€ 15,458.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00.
