Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2020 Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction Modern Design | Art, which included this untitled work by Alexandre Noll. It changed hands for a price of USD 1,402.00 (€ 1,196.45) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexandre Noll achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Armchair, Circa 1947 in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 909,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2020 führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion Modern Design | Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Alexandre Noll zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 1.402,00 (€ 1.196,45) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexandre Noll erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Armchair, Circa 1947 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 909.000,00.
