Auction result well in line with expectations
In September last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Art, which included the work Paysage Classique by Alexandre-François Loisel. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 100.00 – 150.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 105.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexandre-François Loisel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Etude de sous-bois avec le trepied de l'artiste, forêt de Fontainebleau in February this year with an auction result of EUR 5,248.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paysage Classique von Alexandre-François Loisel zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 100,00 – 150,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 105,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexandre-François Loisel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Etude de sous-bois avec le trepied de l'artiste, forêt de Fontainebleau im Februar diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.248,00.
