Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Street Scene by Alexander Bogomazov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2020. It changed hands for a price of GBP 32,760.00 (€ 36,595.84) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Bogomazov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landschaft mit sitzender Frau. in November 2007 with an auction result of EUR 500,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Street Scene von Alexander Bogomazov kam im Dezember 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 32.760,00 (€ 36.595,84) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Bogomazov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landschaft mit sitzender Frau. im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 500.000,00.
