Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cart by Alexander Bogomazov was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 100,800.00 (€ 112,602.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexander Bogomazov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landschaft mit sitzender Frau. in November 2007 with an auction result of EUR 500,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cart von Alexander Bogomazov wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 100.800,00 (€ 112.602,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexander Bogomazov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landschaft mit sitzender Frau. im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 500.000,00.
