Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Sultan Barmou Of Tessaoua by Alexander Evgenievich Yakovlev was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 31,724.72) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Evgenievich Yakovlev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Battle Of The Warriors in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 916,500.00 (€ 1,283,337.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Sultan Barmou Of Tessaoua von Alexander Evgenievich Yakovlev kam im Juni 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 31.724,72) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Evgenievich Yakovlev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Battle Of The Warriors im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 916.500,00 (€ 1.283.337,11).
