In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Le Sommeil sold for GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,011.71) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Evgenievich Yakovlev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Battle Of The Warriors in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 916,500.00 (€ 1,283,337.11).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Evgenievich Yakovlev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Battle Of The Warriors im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 916.500,00 (€ 1.283.337,11).
