Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Sunset over the crashing waves by Alexander Dzigurski for USD 625.00 (€ 449.83). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Dzigurski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Brightness of the Sea in March 2011 with an auction result of USD 6,875.00 (€ 4,847.35).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sunset over the crashing waves von Alexander Dzigurski für USD 625,00 (€ 449,83) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Dzigurski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Brightness of the Sea im März 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.875,00 (€ 4.847,35).
