A top price for Alexander Dzigurski II - as previously expected
In August this year Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction California Art, which included the work Sunset Seascape by Alexander Dzigurski II. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 6,144.00 (€ 5,668.42) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Sunset Seascape is the most expensive artwork by Alexander Dzigurski II that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im August diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion California Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sunset Seascape von Alexander Dzigurski II zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 6.144,00 (€ 5.668,42) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Sunset Seascape das teuerste Kunstwerk von Alexander Dzigurski II, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
