Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Forest Lake by Alexei Isupov was sold in the Important Russian Art auction at Sothebys in London in June 2013. The price achieved of GBP 98,500.00 (€ 114,967.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Other works by Alexei Isupov have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2014 the work The Milliner was auctioned for GBP 146,500.00 (€ 183,044.74).
