Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Alessandro Tiarini could be acquired at Christies in New York in October 2007 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The House Sale auction, the work Six studies of hands changed hands for USD 1,125.00 (€ 777.58) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alessandro Tiarini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Joseph's bloodied clothes shown to Rachel and Jacob in January last year with an auction result of USD 564,500.00 (€ 503,478.42).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alessandro Tiarini konnte im Oktober 2007 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The House Sale wechselte die Arbeit Six studies of hands für USD 1.125,00 (€ 777,58) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alessandro Tiarini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Joseph's bloodied clothes shown to Rachel and Jacob im Januar letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 564.500,00 (€ 503.478,42).
