Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled (Ap141) by Alessandro Pessoli for USD 1,875.00 (€ 1,775.23). This price was achieved in the auction Fast Forward: New Directions in Contemporary Art at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Alessandro Pessoli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work h.d-p in September 2011 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,294.37).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled (Ap141) von Alessandro Pessoli für USD 1.875,00 (€ 1.775,23) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Fast Forward: New Directions in Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alessandro Pessoli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit h.d-p im September 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 9.294,37).
