Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Parigi. La Senna e Notre Dame by Aldo Raimondi was auctioned at Il Ponte in November 2015, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 550.00 – 600.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 500.00. Admittedly, works by Aldo Raimondi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vecchia Torino in April 2005 with an auction result of GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,552.35).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Parigi. La Senna e Notre Dame von Aldo Raimondi im November 2015 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 550,00 – 600,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 500,00 den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Aldo Raimondi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Vecchia Torino im April 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.400,00 (€ 3.552,35).
