Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Aldemir Martins was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,651.39) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Aldemir Martins have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2012 the work Ruda, Dio del amore was auctioned for USD 17,500.00 (€ 14,154.00).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Aldemir Martins kam im November 2015 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 11.250,00 (€ 10.651,39) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Aldemir Martins konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2012 die Arbeit Ruda, Dio del amore für USD 17.500,00 (€ 14.154,00) versteigert.
