The work Wolfgang Tillmans, London by Albrecht Fuchs was sold in the Contemporary Art Online | London auction at Sothebys in London in August 2019. The auction ended at the price of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,107.11), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 700.00 – 1,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Albrecht Fuchs - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Albrecht Fuchs (B. 1964), which sold at auction in November 2013 for EUR 2,375.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Wolfgang Tillmans, London von Albrecht Fuchs wurde im August 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online | London bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.107,11) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 700,00 – 1.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Albrecht Fuchs mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Albrecht Fuchs (B. 1964) beobachtet, die im November 2013 für EUR 2.375,00 versteigert wurde.
