Auction result fails to reach estimate
In January 2024 a collector was able to acquire the work Coastal scenery by Albert Wang for DKK 1,000.00 (€ 873.97). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Albert Wang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abendstimmung an der dänischen Küste in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 5,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Januar 2024 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Coastal scenery von Albert Wang für DKK 1.000,00 (€ 873,97) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Albert Wang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Abendstimmung an der dänischen Küste im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.250,00.
