Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2023 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Comic Strips, which included the work Astérix - Tome 29 by Albert Uderzo. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 100,000 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 104,960. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Albert Uderzo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work , which sold at auction in June 2017 for EUR 242,500.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2023 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Comic Strips durch, in der auch die Arbeit Astérix - Tome 29 von Albert Uderzo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 100.000 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 104.960 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Albert Uderzo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit beobachtet, die im Juni 2017 für EUR 242.500 versteigert wurde.
